Las Mostazas is a ruralization, which can be understood as a low-density ecological subdivision. It has been designed to be inserted in a harmonious and respectful way with nature and the character of the place through a design concept based on sustainability, giving rise to a project that respects nature. It also allows you to enjoy life in the open air, combining the private areas of the lots with 17 hectares of common recreational areas equipped with orchards, vegetation and trails. This is the place where people who value nature can enjoy it, either through a walk by the natural ravine, contemplating the terrain's biodiversity or contemplating the calm of the horizon on the coastal ocean edge.
The Mostazas project, has a special emphasis on sustainability. The entire lighting system in common areas is Led and has a low density impact in order to contemplate the stars at night. For the houses in Las Mostazas it has been suggested the owners use sustainable resources such as photovoltaic panels, recycling system and sustainable irrigation. The ruralization has an old orchard, a ravine and a wide pedestrian avenue in front of the beach. A pedestrian circuit has been created, articulated by the equipment, and completed by a series of pedestrian paths between sites, separated with small stone walls, which allow easy access to the beach. In order to take care of the view of all the houses towards the sea, the use of green roofs was defined to generate a second plant layer. The boundaries are marked by paths, vegetation and stone walls, guiding the user on a free route through the terrain.
